Are your books original/authentic?

100% Yes! All books are imported from the USA and bought from top retailers and distributors.

How much is the shipping fee?

Our shipping fees start at P175 for deliveries outside of Metro Cebu and P100 forlocal deliveries. Furthermore, you will receive discounts when ordering multiple items.

Do you accept COD/COP?

Yes, we do accept COD/COP via Maxim/Lalamove for orders within Metro Cebu, while deliveries outside the city is via LBC Express. Please message us on Facebook or Instagram to place your order

What’s the difference between Hard-cover and Paperback books?

A Hardcover(Hardbound) book is classified with its rigid and thick covering, allowing protection for the pages. On the other hand, Paperbacks(Softbound) have a soft card to cover over the pages. The pages are glued together to the spine, making the pages separated when in use.  

How will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped through LBC Express.

What to do if the order has not arrived in the prescribed time frame?

In the event where you haven't received your order after 7 business days, please email us from our [contact page] and we'll find a resolution.

Do you ship on Weekends?

We ship your books on Saturdays only but not on Sundays because our partnered courier (LBC) doesn’t have any operations on that specific day.

Do you ship during the holidays?

No, orders will be shipped on the next business day.
